MASNA team involved in record-breaking year!
On Sept. 18, 2011, more than 8,500 men, women, and children demonstrated their commitment to conquering cancer by participating in the 22nd annual Jimmy Fund Walk on the streets of Boston.
8,500 walkers, 900 volunteers, nearly 400 Dana-Farber employees, and 28 sponsors participated in the Walk, making it the most successful Walk to date.
MASNA was represented by our own team that day by volunteer walkers (Stephanie Caldarola, Allison Mamishian, Kaitlyn Blais, Judith Shindul-Rothschild, Anya Diane). As a team, we raised $2,080.00 for cancer research! Congratulations walkers and supporters, you are helping fight cancer – not only as volunteers but as future nurses!
MASNA wants to thank everyone who contributed to the Jimmy Fund Walk to support Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s mission to conquer all forms of cancer. You made our efforts possible!
