Veronica Johnson is a senior nursing student with a minor in sociology at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She is originally from Northborough, MA and decided to become a nurse after being cared for by some amazing nurses in the Worcester area. During the school year, she is Secretary of her SNA chapter, a student liaison for the UMASS Nursing Alumni Board, on the board of the Pioneer Valley's Walk to End Alzheimers, and a Mental Health Assistant at a community hospital. Her favorite events through SNA have been the Salt Lake City, Utah NSNA conference, Relay for Life, and Operation: Christmas Child. She plans to be a Family Nurse Practitioner.
